If ever there was a state agency that shows just how bad burecrats can get, it has to be the DMV. You need one of those slow-motion cameras to detect any movement out of these people. The clerks at the windows seem to help one person, take a five minute break, help another, take a ten minute break, etc. Our tax dollars at work.
