This is an online discussion forum called Geoff's Discussion, for lack of a better title.  I'll try to think of a snappier sounding name for this forum, but until then, Geoff's Discussion will have to do.

The topic for this discussion is on why government (state and federal) are so inefficient, bone-headed, lazy, etc.  However, any topic for discussion is also allowed, but I'd appreciate it if we don't wander too far off of the main topic.
