The Question

Ok, I'd like to know how many of you will be able to see the following image.  This image will be in the new PNG (Portable Network Graphics) format.  I eventually want to change over all of my graphics into this format, so would like to know how many people visiting my site have browsers capable of viewing the image.  The image you should see should be a star filled background.
